General Meaning: Connected
When we dream of writing, we are seeing the symbolic form of keeping in touch with people. If you are writing a letter (email), and it’s to a person you are familiar with, the dream is telling you to get in touch with that person. If you write to someone unfamiliar, you are seeking to connect with someone or have a need to connect with people and this need is being unfulfilled. Dreaming about writing but not knowing what you’re writing is indicative of communicating, or saying things to people that will be misinterpreted, and might prove insulting to them.
