General Meaning: Life
If you are an evolutionist, then you believe that human life form derived from the ocean. If you subscribe to the creationist belief, then you know God created the oceans first: “. . . and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the water,” Genesis 1:1, then God created light, and day/night, then added the “firmament in the midst of the water.” When you dream of the ocean, there is clearly a sign that there is something other developing. And whatever it is, it is deep down below. The signs of life, perhaps a project that will develop or a relationship, are going to surface soon. There is constant action in the ocean.
