There is an old adage, which states that eyes are the windows to the soul. This is true. When we dream of eyes, we are being reminded that there is something beyond the immediate that we need to be focusing on, in order to see more clearly. Watchful eyes can indicate someone may be prying in on you, involved in your affairs more then they ought to be.
